From imported jobs and campaigns to assets, job flows, and connected channels, the dashboard enables teams to quickly verify settings, track performance, and prepare campaigns for deployment.

Job Library

The Job Library displays all imported jobs within your workspace, along with details such as title, company, location, and language. You can search, filter, and group jobs into lists for easier campaign planning while reviewing insights like total jobs, profiles, and matching rates to ensure data completeness before promotion.

Job Lists

Let's you organize selected jobs into custom lists to prioritize roles and prepare them for campaigns.

Data Sources

Displays all connected ATS or feed sources used to import jobs, including XML or CSV integrations.

Campaigns

The Campaigns section provides an overview of all active, draft, and pending campaigns with key performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, applications started, and total spend. Each campaign entry shows its status, channel type, job list, and budget, helping you monitor progress and quickly launch new campaigns using the Promote Jobs button.

Single Job Campaign

Promotes one specific job from the Job Library. Best suited for high-priority or time-sensitive roles that require focused promotion on selected channels.

Dynamic Job Campaign

Promotes multiple jobs automatically from a connected job list. Ideal for continuous hiring needs where job ads are refreshed dynamically based on feed updates.

Job Flows

The Job Flows section defines how jobs move through automated workflows that connect job lists to campaign rules and approvals. Each flow shows the linked job list, number of active campaigns, and pending approvals, allowing you to maintain consistent automation and control across multiple hiring processes.

Asset Library

The Asset Library contains all creative materials required for job promotions, including images, videos, and ad copy. It indicates which jobs are ready for launch and which are missing assets, allowing you to upload, generate, or edit creatives to ensure every campaign meets platform requirements and maintains visual consistency.

Image

The main visual used in job ads. Supports JPG and PNG formats; required for all campaigns.

Image Overlay

A graphical layer or text element placed over the image to highlight job titles, locations, or employer branding.

Video

Short promotional clips are automatically generated or uploaded to enhance engagement; used across supported social platforms.

Ad Copy

The text content used in ads includes headline and message fields that describe the role and attract candidates.

Lead Form

Used to capture candidate details directly from the ad without redirecting to an external site; supports pre-filled or custom fields.

Logo

The company or brand logo is applied across visuals for consistent employer branding.

Channels

The Channels section lists all advertising channels available in your workspace, including Automated Channels (Meta, Google Display) and Pre-Released Channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, and X). Each channel card displays connection status and usage type, allowing you to confirm availability before launching campaigns.

Switch Workspace

To manage your different projects and tasks more efficiently, you can easily switch between workspaces from the dropdown menu. Just click on the workspace you want to switch to, and you'll be instantly directed to that workspace, allowing you to stay organized and productive.
