The All Jobs view provides a unified workspace for monitoring, reviewing, and maintaining every job record in the platform. It consolidates key metrics and detailed job information in one place, enabling you to validate data quality, track campaign readiness, and perform essential updates efficiently.

Go to your workspace, and you will be navigated to the Job Library section of the interface.
Review Jobs
You can quickly view and verify all imported jobs, ensuring their details are accurate and complete before using them in campaigns.
Insights
Here is the table outlining the available Insights metrics, along with their descriptions and examples.

Jobs
The Jobs view shows every job in your workspace, making it easy to review details and manage them at scale.
Required Fields
Field | Description |
Job Title | The position title listed for the job. |
Profile | The job profile or role category assigned to the job. |
Company | The company associated with the job listing. |
Location | The city or region of the job. |
Ref Number | Internal reference number used for tracking or identification. |
URL | Link to the external job listing or job page. |
Image URLs | Any associated images or media URLs. |
Country | The country where the job is located. |
Language | The language in which the job description is written. |
Description | The complete job description and responsibilities. |
Salary | The salary range offered for the job. |
Education | The required education level for the job. |
Experience | The required years of experience for the job. |
Optional Fields

PO Number | Purchase order number related to the job. |
Address | The physical address for the job or company. |
Postal Code | Postal/ZIP code of the job location. |
State | State or province of the job location. |
Category | Job category or classification for targeting purposes. |

Manage Jobs
Perform actions on one or multiple jobs, such as editing or updating details.
Update Profile
Change the assigned profile for selected jobs to keep them aligned with the right role.
Step 1: Select the job that you want to update and tick the checkbox.
Step 2: Click on the Update Profile button.
An Update Profile modal window will appear.
Step 3: Click on the Profile button and select the desired profile from the drop-down menu.
NOTE: Manually updating a profile will override the existing data from your connected source. This will affect all job lists containing this job and may pause any running campaigns linked to it. |
NOTE: When you update a profile manually, it will no longer update automatically if the data source changes. Any future edits in your ATS or feed must be updated manually in the platform. |
Step 4: Click on the Update button to proceed.
The job profile will be updated successfully.
Sort Jobs
Sort all the jobs by using the column header.
Step 1: Click on the Job title header to sort the list based on account names.
The names will be sorted in alphabetical ascending order.
Upon clicking on the header again, the names will sort in alphabetical descending order.
INFO: Similarly, you can sort the other fields of the jobs as well. |
Search Job
Locate a specific job by entering its name in the search field.
Filter Job
Narrow down the jobs by applying one or more filters such as location, company, or category.
Step 1: Click on the Filter button to open the filtering panel.
Step 2: On the right-hand panel, expand the filter sections by clicking the caret-down icon.
Step 3: Select from the available filter types listed below:

6 | Country | Focus results by country. |
7 | Company | Show only jobs related to a specific company. |
8 | Language | Display only jobs matching a specific language. |
9 | Reference Number | Search jobs by unique reference IDs. |
10 | Budget | Filter based on available budget data (if provided). |
11 | Data Source | Filter jobs by their source feed. |
12 | Package ID | Display results linked to a particular package configuration. |
Step 4: Filter the job type by text field according to the following options:
Option | Action |
Contains | Show only results where the job title includes your entered keyword. |
Does not contain | Exclude results where the job title includes your entered keyword. |
Step 5: Once you have selected the option and entered the filter text, click on the Add button.
The filter will be applied successfully.
