An image overlay asset is a design layer applied to job visuals to add branding, call-to-actions, or styling elements. Within the platform, you can create overlays from predefined templates, customize their text, colors, and fonts, and manage them for ongoing use. Managing overlay assets ensures campaigns stay consistent with brand identity and remain visually engaging across channels.

Step 1: Go to your workspace, and you will be navigated to the Job Library section of the interface.
Step 2: Click on the Asset Library icon from the left navigation panel.
Here, you will see options for uploading and managing assets such as images, videos, ad copy, lead forms, and logos.
Select Overlay Template
Create a new overlay by selecting a predefined template and customizing it to match your brand style.
Step 1: Click on the Actions button and select the Create New option from the dropdown list.
A Select Overlay Template modal window will appear, where you can choose a template to create an overlay for your workspace.
Step 2: Select your desired template and click on the Confirm button to proceed.
Customize Overlay Asset
Adjust overlay elements such as text, colors, fonts, and call-to-action to align with your campaign needs.
Step 1: Click on the Call to Action drop-down and select the desired CTA text.
Step 2: Select the First and Second Color fields to set the primary and secondary overlay colors.
Step 3: Click on the Font drop-down to choose the font and colors of the text.
Step 4: Click on the Save button to proceed.
NOTE: Only one overlay can be applied per workspace at a time. |
The template will be created successfully.
Manage Template
Organize existing overlay templates by updating their design elements or removing those that are no longer in use.
Edit Selected
Update or refine an existing overlay to ensure it aligns with new branding or campaign requirements.
Step 1: Select the image(s) you want to edit by ticking the checkbox.
Step 2: Click on the Actions drop-down menu and click on the Edit Selected option.
Step 3: Update the fields such as Call to Action, overlay colors, text font, and colors as needed, and click on the Save button to proceed.
The template will be updated successfully.
Remove Selected
Delete overlays that are outdated or no longer in use.
Step 1: Click on the Actions button and select Remove selected option from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Click on the Confirm button to proceed.
The template will be deleted successfully.
