Creating a dynamic job campaign lets you promote multiple job listings in a single flow with one consistent setup. You select a job list, define your campaign settings, set a daily budget, and connect your social pages so ads run under the correct brand identity. This approach simplifies management and keeps delivery steady while still optimizing toward your chosen campaign goals.
Let’s get started 🚀
Step 1: Go to your workspace, and you will be navigated to the Job Library section of the interface.
Step 2: Click on the Campaign icon from the left navigation panel.
You will navigate to the campaign interface.
Setup
Step 1: Click on the Promote Jobs button from the top right corner of the interface.
Step 2: Select the Job list you want to promote from the dropdown.
Step 3: After selecting your Job List, fill in the required campaign details.
Campaign Name
Give your campaign a clear, descriptive name to identify and reuse campaign settings in the future. This helps maintain consistency and speeds up future setup.
Campaign Goals
Select the goal that best aligns with your hiring objective. Your choice directly influences how the platform distributes ads, optimizes delivery, and measures success.
Candidate Click
Targets potential candidates who match a defined profile and are most likely to engage with your ad. This is useful when your focus is on generating traffic or raising awareness for specific job openings.
Start Apply
Optimizes campaign delivery to engage candidates who engage beyond clicks by starting the application. This approach helps identify high-intent job seekers and increases the likelihood of qualified applicants entering your talent pipeline.
Apply
Prioritizes candidates who complete the full application process. This setting is ideal when you’re focused on filling roles and want the system to maximize completed applications rather than just clicks or partial starts.
Budget
For Dynamic Job Campaigns, you simply define a daily budget. The system then automatically optimizes spending throughout the campaign to ensure consistent delivery. This approach provides flexibility, allowing you to easily adjust budgets based on performance.
Social Page
Select your official Facebook Page and Instagram Account to ensure ads are published under the correct brand identity. This alignment guarantees that campaigns appear from verified sources, strengthening credibility and fostering higher audience engagement.
Attribution Model
The attribution model determines how conversions (like clicks, leads, or completed applications) are tracked back to your ads. Choosing the right model helps you accurately measure performance and understand which ads drive results.
You can select from two attribution windows based on how quickly you expect candidates to act:
Option | Description | When to Use |
7-Day Click-Through | Counts a conversion if a candidate clicks your ad and completes the action (e.g., applies) within 7 days. Gives a broader view of performance and enough time for learning. | Ideal for campaigns with longer decision cycles or passive job seekers who may take days before applying. |
1-Day Click-Through | Counts a conversion only if a candidate clicks and completes the action within 1 day. Shows a tighter, immediate view of performance but may undercount delayed applications. | Best for urgent hiring or high-volume roles where candidates act quickly. |
Set Up Strategy
Choose how the system bids for ad placements by selecting a strategy. Each strategy controls how the budget is used and how results are optimized.
Strategy Option | What It Does | When to Use It |
Highest Volume | Maximizes the number of results your campaign can get for the budget without strict cost control.
This is also the default strategy of the platform.
| Best for reaching the widest audience and gathering data quickly. |
Cost Cap | Lets you set an average cost per result. The system will aim to stay within this cost but may go over occasionally to maintain delivery. | Good for balancing cost efficiency with steady delivery. |
Bid Cap | Allows you to set a maximum bid per auction. If the bid is too low compared to market prices, your delivery may slow or stop. | Use if you want strict cost control, even if it limits reach. |
