Creating a single job campaign means organizing and promoting your job postings in a structured way that ensures they reach suitable candidates on the most relevant platforms with messaging that resonates. Campaigns align jobs into a clear flow, manage budgets effectively, and use AI-generated creatives including images, videos, and ad copy customized to the candidate profiles you define.
In this documentation, we’ll walk you through the steps on how to:
Let’s get started 🚀
Step 1: Go to your workspace, and you will be navigated to the Job Library section of the interface.
Step 2: Click on the Campaign icon from the left navigation panel.
You will navigate to the campaign interface.
Setup
Select the job list that contains the roles you want to promote, give your flow a clear name, and define the basic campaign details to ensure the right jobs are advertised with the correct settings.
Step 1: Click on the Promote Jobs button from the top right corner of the interface.
Step 2: Select the Job list you want to promote from the dropdown.
Step 3: After selecting your Job List, fill in the required campaign details.
Job Flow Name
Give your flow a clear, descriptive name to identify and reuse campaign settings in the future. This helps maintain consistency and speeds up future setup.
Campaign Name Template
Define a template for your campaign name (e.g., %company% %category%) to standardize naming. This ensures consistency across campaigns and allows easy filtering and searching later.
Campaign Objective
Choose the campaign’s goal to optimize ad delivery: Candidate Click (attract more clicks), Candidate Conversion (optimize for sign-ups or applications), or Lead Form (generate leads directly). The selected objective guides AI optimization.
Runtime
Select the number of days your campaign will run. This duration will help determine when the campaign starts and ends. Be strategic in setting the duration based on factors like the campaign’s goal, your budget, and the target audience.
Budget
The budget determines how much money you are willing to allocate to the campaign over its runtime. You can choose between two types of budgets depending on how you want to control the spending.
Daily Budget
Choose a Daily Budget if you want tighter control over campaign spend. It lets you set a fixed amount to spend each day, making it easier to monitor performance and adjust as needed.
EXAMPLE: If you set a daily budget of $100, the campaign will spend up to $100 each day, and the total cost will accumulate over the days the campaign runs. |
Lifetime Budget
Choose Lifetime Budget if you want to set a total spending limit for the entire campaign duration. This is useful when you know the overall amount you want to spend but want the system to automatically manage the daily spend to stay within the total limit.
TIP: Daily Budget offers flexibility for ongoing adjustments based on daily performance, while Lifetime Budget is ideal for long-term campaigns or fixed budgets. |
EXAMPLE: If you set a lifetime budget of $1,000 for a 10-day campaign, the system will automatically adjust the daily spend to keep the total budget within the $1,000 limit. |
Social Media Channels
Pick the platforms where your ads will run (Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and set their daily budgets individually. This lets you allocate more to high-performing channels.
Smart Ad Optimisation
Toggle on to let AI automatically adjust creatives (images, videos, ad copy) in real time based on performance. The system prioritizes best-performing versions to improve results. Turn off if you prefer manual control.
Automated Deployment
Enable to have campaigns deployed automatically without additional approval steps. This speeds up go-live and reduces manual work.
Step 4: Click on the Next button to proceed.

Step 1: Fill out the required fields under the Assets section to configure your ad creatives.
