What is Workspace: A collaborative area within an account where teams can organize campaigns, projects, and assets. Workspaces help separate activities by project or team while maintaining clarity across the platform.

What is Job Library: A centralized repository where all job postings are stored after being imported via CSV, XML, or ATS. It allows for easy management, analysis, and ad creation across the platform.

What is Campaign: A structured initiative to promote job openings across multiple channels. The user sets objectives, budgets, and audiences while AI optimizes ad delivery.

What is Job Flow: The complete journey of a job posting from import to candidate application. Includes job analysis, ad creation, distribution, and capturing candidate leads.

What is Assets Library: A collection of creative resources like images, videos, and templates for job ads. It supports visually appealing campaigns and reinforces employer branding.
