Add & Manage Logo Assets

A logo asset is a key branding element used across campaigns to ensure consistent brand recognition. Within the platform, you can upload company logos, tag them for specific campaigns, and manage them to keep brand visuals up to date. Managing logo assets helps maintain a unified brand identity across all channels and campaigns.

Step 1: Go to your workspace, and you will be navigated to the Job Library section of the interface.

Step 2: Click on the Asset Library icon from the left navigation panel.

Here, you will see options for uploading and managing assets such as images, videos, ad copy, lead forms, and logos.

Upload Logo Asset

Add logo files to the asset library for consistent branding across campaigns.

Step 1: Use the drag & drop option or click here to upload your logo.

Step 2: Upload the desired logo from your system.

Step 3: Assign the Company tag to the logo.

Step 4: Click on the Confirm button to proceed.

The logo will be uploaded successfully.

Manage Logo Asset

Organize, update, or remove logo assets to ensure brand visuals stay consistent across campaigns.

Edited Tags for Selected

Update or refine tags on chosen logo assets to improve organization and targeting.

Step 1: Select the logo(s) you want to update by ticking the checkbox.

Step 2: Click on the Actions button and select Edit tags for selected option from the drop-down menu.

An Edit logo modal window will appear.

NOTE: A company tag links an asset to a specific company, so it’s only used in that company’s jobs and campaigns. If not set, the asset is available across all companies.

Step 3: Select or update the Company tag and click on the Confirm button to proceed.

The logo will be updated successfully.

Remove Selected

Delete outdated or unused logo assets from the library.

Step 1: Click on the Actions button and select Remove selected option from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Click on the Confirm button to proceed.

The logo will be deleted successfully.
