Add & Manage Ad Copy Asset

An ad copy asset is a text-based resource used in campaigns to communicate job opportunities and engage audiences across channels. Within the platform, you can generate tailored ad copies, review and refine them, and manage existing versions for targeted campaigns.

Managing ad copy assets ensures consistency in messaging, alignment with campaign goals, and flexibility to adapt content as strategies evolve.

Step 1: Go to your workspace, and you will be navigated to the Job Library section of the interface.

Step 2: Click on the Asset Library icon from the left navigation panel.

Here, you will see options for uploading and managing assets such as images, videos, ad copy, lead forms, and logos.

Create Ad Copy

Generate tailored ad copy by setting audience preferences and campaign details.

Step 1: Click on the Add New button to add an ad copy.

Step 2: Assign campaign tags such as Channel, Minor Group, Profile, Company, and Category to organize the video for targeted campaigns.

Example / Context

Channel

Dropdown field to select the main communication or distribution channel where the asset will be used. This defines the primary platform for campaigns.

Example: Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Display

Language

Dropdown to choose the language in which the campaign content will be created and displayed.

English, French, German

Tone of Voice

Option to define how the ad copy should sound to the audience. A Formal tone is more professional and structured, while an Informal tone is casual and conversational.

Tagging Method

Selection for how tags are applied to campaigns.

• Automated (Coming Soon) – System will auto-generate tags.

• Manual tagging – User selects specific tags to generate tailored ad copy.

Minor Group

Dropdown field to select a subgroup under the chosen channel. A smaller category under the chosen channel. It defines the specific placement or ad format.

Example: For LinkedIn (channel), choose Job Ads or Sponsored Content as sub-groups.

Profile

Dropdown field to select a specific profile within the subgroup. Profiles allow further segmentation for campaign precision.

Example: Within Sponsored Content, choose Tech Hiring Profile.

Company

Text field to enter or select the company name. Useful when managing multiple brands or business units in the same workspace.

Example: ABC Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Category

Text field to enter or select the job category or industry type. Helps group campaigns by role or sector.

Example: Healthcare, Finance, Marketing, Engineering

Note: Enable the toggle to make the message accessible across all campaigns, even if no tags are assigned. Once enabled, the message will automatically apply to every campaign in the workspace, ensuring it can be reused universally without additional configuration.

Step 3: Click on Generate Copy to proceed.

Review Ad Copy

The AI automatically generates ad copy by default, providing ready-to-use suggestions that you can review and refine before approval.

Step 1: Review the auto-generated content and make changes where necessary.

Step 2: To generate a new variation, click the regenerate icon next to the field.

Step 3: Click on the Add message, Add headline, and Add link description options to manually add new variations.

Step 4: Click on the Delete icon to delete an unwanted variation.

Note: Use the Shuffle Copy option to automatically rearrange and mix the generated ad copy variations.

Step 5: After reviewing and making the required changes, click on Approve Copy to proceed.

The ad copy will be added successfully to your asset library for use in campaigns.

Manage Ad Copy

Easily review, filter, or refine existing ad copies to ensure they stay aligned with campaign goals.

Filter Ad Copy

View specific types of ad copy (Messages, Headlines, or Link Descriptions) for quicker navigation.

Step 1: Click the All button to view the filter options.

Step 2: From the dropdown, choose Messages, Headlines, or Link Descriptions to display only the selected ad copy type.

The interface will only show the selected ad copy type.

Edit Ad Copy

Modify existing ad copy to align with updated messaging or campaign requirements.

Step 1: Select the ad copy you want to update and click the Edit (pencil) icon.

An Edit Image modal window will appear.

Step 2: Select or update tags such as Channel, Minor Group, Profile, Company, or Category, and click on the Confirm button to proceed.

The ad copy will be updated successfully.

Remove Ad Copy

Permanently remove ad copy entries that are no longer relevant.

Step 1: Select the ad copy that you want to delete and click on the checkbox.

Step 2: Click on the Remove button to proceed.

Note: Active ad copies cannot be removed. To delete an ad copy, ensure it is not currently in use within any live or active campaign.

Step 3: Click on the Remove button to delete the ad copy.

The ad copy will be deleted successfully.
