A lead form asset is used to capture candidate details directly within campaigns, helping optimize applications and improve lead quality. Within the platform, you can create customized lead forms, enrich them with AI-generated content, and manage them for ongoing use.

Step 1: Go to your workspace, and you will be navigated to the Job Library section of the interface.
Step 2: Click on the Asset Library icon from the left navigation panel.
Here, you will see options for uploading and managing assets such as images, videos, ad copy, lead forms, and logos.
Add Lead Form
Add a new lead form to capture candidate details for your campaigns.
Step 1: Click on the Actions button and select Create new option from the drop-down menu.
A Create new lead form modal window will appear.
Step 2: Assign campaign tags such as Channel, Minor Group, Profile, Company, and Category to organize the video for targeted campaigns.

Language | Dropdown to choose the language in which the campaign content will be created and displayed. | English, French, German |
Minor Group | Dropdown field to select a subgroup under the chosen channel. A smaller category under the chosen channel. It defines the specific placement or ad format. | Example: For LinkedIn (channel), choose Job Ads or Sponsored Content as sub-groups. |
Profile | Dropdown field to select a specific profile within the subgroup. Profiles allow further segmentation for campaign precision. | Example: Within Sponsored Content, choose Tech Hiring Profile. |

Note: Enable the toggle to make the lead form accessible across all campaigns, even if no tags are assigned. Once enabled, the lead form will automatically apply to every campaign in the workspace, ensuring it can be reused universally without additional configuration.

Create Lead Form
Build a customized lead form by defining setup, questions, privacy, and messages.
Setup
Define the core details of your lead form, including job title, description, and tracking parameters. You can also use AI to auto-generate content for faster setup.

Tags | Choose relevant tags such as job category, language, or industry type. | Example: Afrikaans, Agricultural Workers, Healthcare. |
AI Generate | Option to auto-complete the lead form with AI suggestions. | Click Generate to let AI create the job description. |

Tracking Parameters | Helps track where leads come from | Add Name (e.g., wk_reference_number)and Value (e.g., %reference_number%). |
INFO: Click on the Add Parameter + button to create additional tracking fields by defining a Name (e.g., Source,Region) and a Value (e.g., LinkedIn, EU). These parameters help capture extra campaign data for deeper insights and reporting.

Questionnaire
Add or customize questions to collect essential candidate information. Choose from standard fields like name and email, or create custom questions tailored to your campaign goals.

Privacy
Ensure compliance by adding your company’s privacy policy link. This informs candidates how their data will be used and appears alongside Facebook’s default privacy disclaimer.

Manage for Leads
Control the post-submission experience with messages and call-to-action buttons. You can personalize text or let AI generate it, and link candidates to relevant job URLs.

After creating the lead form, click on the Save button to proceed.
The lead form will be created successfully.
Manage Lead Forms
Organize, update, duplicate, or remove lead forms to maintain campaign consistency and efficiency.
Edit Selected
Update or refine an existing lead form to ensure it aligns with new branding or campaign requirements.
Step 1: Select the lead form(s) you want to edit by ticking the checkbox.
Step 2: Click on the Actions drop-down menu and click on the Edit Selected option.
Step 3: Update the fields such as Setup, Questionnaire, Privacy, and Manage for Leads as needed, and click on the Save button to proceed.
The lead form will be updated successfully.
Edit Tags for Selected
Update or refine tags on chosen lead form assets to improve organization and targeting.
Step 1: Select the lead form(s) you want to update by ticking the checkbox.
Step 2: Click on the Actions button and select Edit tags for selected option from the drop-down menu.
An Edit logo modal window will appear.
Step 3: Select or update tags such as Minor Group, Profile, Company, or Category, and click on the Save button to proceed.
NOTE: The language once selected can not be updated. |
The logo will be updated successfully.
Remove Selected
Delete lead forms that are outdated or no longer in use.
Step 1: Click on the Actions button and select Remove selected option from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Click on the Confirm button to proceed.
The template will be deleted successfully.
Duplicate Selected
Create a copy of the chosen lead form asset to quickly reuse or modify it for new campaigns.
Step 1: Click on the Actions button and select the Duplicate selected option from the drop-down menu.
A Duplicate Lead Form modal window will appear
Step 2: Select the fields such as Language, Minor group, Profile, Company, and Category as needed, and click on the Next button to proceed.
The duplicate will be created successfully.
