Review & Manage Campaigns

Updated this week

Managing campaign actions is a critical step in ensuring smooth execution, maintaining control over campaign flow, and optimizing performance. By understanding how and when to edit, start, pause, stop, approve, or delete a campaign, you can keep campaigns aligned with your goals, maintain accuracy, and respond effectively to changing requirements.

In this documentation, we’ll walk you through the steps on how to:

Let’s get started 🚀

Edit

Modify the details of an existing campaign to update its settings or information, such as target channels, budget, and objectives.

INFO: The Edit option is available for campaigns with Draft status.

NOTE: Campaigns in Draft status belong to Dynamic Ads, while campaigns marked To Approve belong to Single Job Ads.

NOTE: If your ads aren’t showing in the preview, please check if you have an ad blocker enabled.

Start

Initiates the campaign and makes it live across the selected channels. This action sets the campaign in motion and starts displaying job ads to your targeted audience.

INFO: The Start option is available for campaigns with Draft status.

Delete

Removes the campaign from the system entirely. Once deleted, all campaign data will be erased, and the campaign will no longer be active.

INFO: The Delete option is available for campaigns with Draft, Deploying, To Approve, Reviewing, or Starting status.

Approve

Approve a campaign to proceed directly without the need for review. Approval ensures the campaign meets all required guidelines and is prepared for deployment.

INFO: The Approve option is available for campaigns with To Approve status.

Review and Approve

Involves reviewing the campaign details thoroughly to ensure everything is accurate and aligned with your goals. Once reviewed, you can approve it for launch.

INFO: The Review and Approve option is available for campaigns with To Approve status.

NOTE: If your ads aren’t showing in the preview, please check if you have an ad blocker enabled.

Pause

Temporarily halts the campaign, stopping its activities without fully terminating it. This action is useful when you want to pause ad delivery for adjustments or re-evaluation.

INFO: The Pause option is available for campaigns with Deploying, Active, Starting or Reviewing status.

Stop

You can temporarily stop the campaign. This action stops all ongoing ad activities and prevents any further reach or engagement.

INFO: The Stop option is available for campaigns with Deploying, Active, Starting or Reviewing status.

Resume

Restarts a paused campaign, allowing it to pick up where it left off. This action is useful when you're ready to continue with the campaign after adjustments or breaks.

INFO: The Resume option is available for campaigns with Paused status.
