The Job Flow view provides a centralized workspace for reviewing and managing automated workflows that connect job lists with campaigns. It allows you to monitor existing flows, update their names, remove unused ones, and control their activation status to ensure campaign automation runs as intended.

Step 1: Go to your workspace, and you will be navigated to the Job Library section of the interface.
Step 2: Click on the Job flow icon from the left sidebar.
You will navigate to the Job Flow section.
Review Job Flow
Displays all existing job flows in your workspace with details such as name, creation date, connected job list, and campaign status.
Field | Description |
Job Flow Name | Displays the name assigned to each flow for identification. |
Date Created | Shows when the job flow was created. |
Job List Name | Indicates which job list is connected to the flow. |
Active Campaigns | The number of campaigns currently running under this flow. |
Campaigns to Approve | The number of campaigns waiting for approval before launch. |
Manage Job Flow
Provides access to manage individual job flows, including options to edit, delete, or control activation.
Edit a Job Flow
Allows you to rename an existing job flow to keep naming consistent with your workspace conventions.
Step 1: Click on the vertical ellipsis icon (three dots) next to the job flow and select the Edit option from the dropdown list.
Step 2: Enter the new name of the job flow and click the Save button to proceed.
Your job flow will be updated successfully.
INFO: The toggle button controls the activation status of a job flow. When turned on, the flow is active and automation runs as configured. When turned off, the flow is paused, and no new campaigns will be triggered until it is reactivated. |
Delete a Job Flow
Remove outdated or unused job flows to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
Step 1: Click on the vertical ellipsis icon (three dots) next to the job flow and select the Delete option from the dropdown list.
Step 2: Tick the warning checkbox and click the Delete button to proceed.
WARNING: Deleting a job flow permanently removes all campaigns linked to it, including active, paused, stopped, and to-approve campaigns. This action cannot be undone. Confirm deletion only when you are certain the job flow is no longer needed. |
The selected job flow will be permanently removed from the workspace.
