Keeping your asset data organized and up to date is key to running smooth campaigns. The Filter option allows you to quickly narrow down job assets by criteria such as profiles, channels, or categories. The Refresh data option ensures you’re always working with the latest updates from your workspace.
In this documentation, we’ll walk you through the steps on how to:
Let’s get started 🚀
Step 1: Go to your workspace, and you will be navigated to the Job Library section of the interface.
Step 2: From the left-hand navigation panel, click on the Asset Library icon.
Here, you will find tools to filter, refresh, and manage all your job-related assets.
Apply Filters
Filters help you quickly locate assets without manually browsing through the full list. You can apply one or more filters at once to refine your view and focus only on what matters most.
Step 1: Click on the Filter button to open filtering options.
Step 2: On the right-hand panel, expand the sections you want to filter by clicking the caret-down icon.
Step 3: Select from the available filter types listed below:
Reference | Filter Type | Description |
1. | Minor group | Refine assets based on predefined minor job groups. |
2. | Profile | Target assets linked to specific job seekers or candidate profiles. |
3. | Channel | Filter by the distribution channel where jobs or ads will be promoted (e.g., social platforms, job boards). |
4. | Company | Narrow results to assets associated with a specific company in your workspace. |
5. | Category | Organize jobs/assets by functional or role-based categories. |
6. | Language | Display assets filtered by the selected language for campaigns. |
Step 4: Choose one or multiple filter types to refine the job list and assets displayed in your overview.
The results update dynamically as filters are applied.
Clear Filters
Clearing filters resets your view, allowing you to see the full set of jobs and assets again. You can either remove filters one by one or clear them all at once for a quick reset.
Step 1: After applying filters, you will see the selected filter tags displayed right side of the Filter button.
Step 2: To remove a specific filter only, click the small “x” icon on the filter tag (e.g., removing just Instagram while keeping other filters active).
Step 3: To remove all applied filters at once, click on the Clear all option next to the Filter button.
NOTE: You can also clear filters from the bottom of the right panel using the same Clear all option. |
Once cleared, the job list will refresh automatically and display all available assets again without restrictions.
Refresh Data
Refreshing ensures your workspace always shows the most recent asset data. This is useful after changes have been made to job assets, such as updating images, ad copy, or categories.
Step 1: From the Assets Overview section, click on the Refresh data option.
Step 2: The system will reload and pull the latest data for your selected job list, keeping everything up to date and synchronized.
