Add & Manage Image Asset

An image asset is a visual resource used in campaigns to represent jobs and attract candidates. Within the platform, you can upload, generate, and even convert images into videos to expand creative options. Managing image assets ensures they remain organized, tagged, and ready for targeted campaign use.

Step 1: Go to your workspace, and you will be navigated to the Job Library section of the interface.

Step 2: Click on the Asset Library icon from the left navigation panel.

Here, you will see options for uploading and managing assets such as images, videos, ad copy, lead forms, and logos.

Add Image Asset

Upload high-quality images to represent your jobs in campaigns. Supported formats are JPG/PNG, ensuring visuals meet platform display requirements.

Upload Image

Add static images from your device to the asset library for use in campaigns.

Step 1: Use the click here or drag & drop options to add an image.

Step 2: Upload the desired image from your system.

Step 3: After uploading, assign campaign tags to the image.

Field

Description

Example / Context

Channel

Dropdown field to select the main communication or distribution channel where the asset will be used. This defines the primary platform for campaigns.

Example: Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Display

Minor Group

Dropdown field to select a subgroup under the chosen channel. A smaller category under the chosen channel. It defines the specific placement or ad format.

Example: For LinkedIn (channel), choose Job Ads or Sponsored Content as sub-groups.

Profile

Dropdown field to select a specific profile within the subgroup. Profiles allow further segmentation for campaign precision.

Example: Within Sponsored Content, choose Tech Hiring Profile.

Company

Text field to enter or select the company name. Useful when managing multiple brands or business units in the same workspace.

Example: ABC Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Category

Text field to enter or select the job category or industry type. Helps group campaigns by role or sector.

Example: Healthcare, Finance, Marketing, Engineering

Note: Enable the toggle to make the video accessible across all campaigns, even if no tags are assigned. Once enabled, the video will automatically apply to every campaign in the workspace, ensuring it can be reused universally without additional configuration.

Step 4: Click on the Confirm button to proceed.

The image will be uploaded successfully.

Convert Image to Video

AI technology is put into use to automatically transform static images into short, dynamic video clips by adding motion effects and transitions, making your campaigns more engaging.

Step 1: Click Image to Video to convert a static image into a video format for campaigns.

Step 2: Drag and drop or click on the Upload button to add the desired image.

Step 3: Click on the Convert button to proceed.

Step 4: Download the video or click Use Video to add it to your campaigns.

NOTE: Click on the Start Over button to add a new image.

NOTE: When you click Use Video, the uploaded video opens in the tagging screen where you can assign channels, minor groups, profiles, companies, or categories. If no tags are applied, the video will be used across all campaigns by default.

The video will be created successfully.

Generate Image

Create AI-based images directly in the platform using prompts and model selection.

Step 1: Click on the Generate option to create AI-based images directly within the platform.

Step 2: Select profiles or minor groups and add a prompt to generate the desired image.

Step 3: Select an image generation model (Stable Diffusion or Flux) to control the style and quality of the AI-generated image.

INFO: Stable Diffusion: Creates high-quality images quickly from text prompts. Great for photorealistic or artistic styles, rapid prototyping, and creative projects. Flexible with customization options.

Flux: Produces highly detailed and precise images using advanced AI. Best for projects needing fine detail, accuracy, and structured image generation.

Step 3: Click on the Generate button to create an AI image.

Step 4: Click on the Confirm button to proceed.

The image will be created successfully.

Manage Image Asset

Easily organize, update, or remove uploaded images using available management options.

Edit Tags for Selected

Update or assign new tags to the selected images for better organization and targeted usage.

Step 1: Select the image(s) you want to edit by ticking the checkbox.

Step 2: Click on the Actions button and select the Edit Tags for Selected option from the dropdown list.

An Edit Image modal window will appear.

NOTE: A company tag links an asset to a specific company, so it’s only used in that company’s jobs and campaigns. If not set, the asset is available across all companies.

Step 3: Select or update tags such as Channel, Minor Group, Profile, Company, or Category. Once done, click Confirm to save the changes.

The image will be updated successfully.

Add Ready-to-Use Images

Quickly include pre-approved, ready-to-use images into your asset library.

Step 1: Click on the Actions button and select Add Ready-to-Use option from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Select the Minor Group from the dropdown to add stock, license-free images for that group.

Step 3: Click on the Confirm button to proceed.

The ready-to-use asset will be added successfully.

Remove Selected

Delete unwanted or outdated images from your library.

Step 1: Click on the Actions button and select Remove selected option from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Click on the Confirm button to proceed.

The image will be deleted successfully.
