This guide will walk you through the essential steps of getting started with Wonderkind, from accepting your invite and setting up your account to creating workspaces, integrating job feeds, and preparing assets. You’ll then learn how to prioritize roles, launch campaigns, monitor real-time performance, and much more.
Let’s get started 🚀
Accept Invite
Before setting up campaigns, log in to the platform using the invitation link (or direct credentials) from your onboarding manager. Once accepted, you’ll gain access to your account.
Your user role (e.g., recruiter, campaign manager, analyst) defines your access level and permissions.
TIP: Prepare access to all external accounts early, such as Meta Business Manager, ATS logins, or Amazon Ads (if seasonal campaigns are relevant). This prevents delays during campaign setup and launch. |
Create Account
After signing in to your account, create your account by providing organizational details like company name, address, VAT, and currency; this data is applied across campaigns, billing, and reporting for consistency and compliance.
NOTE: For more information on how to create an account, refer to this document. |
Workspace Creation
Set up a workspace to organize jobs, campaigns, and users within a defined scope. Workspaces help structure hiring initiatives by department, team, or project.
INFO: Creating separate workspaces for different hiring regions allowed faster tracking and campaign adjustments. |
NOTE: For more information on how to create your workspace, refer to this document. |
Prepare Social Media Platforms

NOTE: For more information on how to set up your social media platforms, refer to this document. |
Job Feed Integration
Integrate your ATS or upload an XML/CSV feed to make jobs available in the platform. A validated feed ensures accurate and current job listings.
The following fields must be included in your XML feed to ensure jobs are imported correctly within the platform.
Element | Description | Example |

| Job title only. Avoid adding type, location, or extra details. | Sales Executive |
<referencenumber> | Unique ID for the job. Must stay the same once assigned. | unique123131 |

| Link to the job description page | examplesite.com/job123 |
<company> | Company or brand name shown in results. Keep it simple and recognizable. | ABC Hospital |
<location> | City or region where the job is based. | Amsterdam |
<country> | Country of the job (ISO code). | US |

| Language of the job ad (ISO code). | EN |
TIP: Validate your feed regularly to prevent missing or outdated roles. |
NOTE: For more information on how to set up your XML feed, refer to this document |
Asset Preparation
Upload or generate creative assets such as logos, images, videos, and ad copy. Assets are required to design campaigns and maintain brand consistency.
TIP: Use AI visuals or photo-to-video templates for quick campaign launches. |
NOTE: For more information on the assets library, refer to this document |
Job Prioritization
Create Job Lists to organize imported roles from your feed into logical groups for campaign use. Job Lists allow you to cluster similar jobs by department, location, or hiring priority so campaigns can target the right roles efficiently.
TIP: Use separate Job Lists for different hiring goals, such as Nursing Roles, Tech Openings, or Seasonal Jobs to simplify tracking and campaign setup. |
NOTE: For more information on how to create and manage job lists, refer to this document. |
Campaign Setup & Launch
Create campaigns by defining targeting, budget, and distribution channels. Campaigns connect job data and creative assets to reach the intended audience.
NOTE: For more information on how to set up and launch your campaign, refer to this document. |
Key setup considerations:
Attributes | Description |
Budgeting | daily vs. monthly allocation |
Attribution window | (7-day click recommended) |
Targeting | distinguish experienced vs. inexperienced candidates, add undesired profile exclusions |
Personalization | Use dynamic job tags, localized language, and employer-brand visuals. |
Publishing & Tracking
Publish campaigns after review and track their live performance. Monitor impressions, clicks, applications, and cost-per-lead in the dashboard.
NOTE: For more information on account dashboard metrics, refer to this document |
Advanced Tracking Setup:
Attributes | Description |
Pixels (Meta, LinkedIn) + Conversion API | Tracks user interactions and conversions across Meta and LinkedIn using pixel tracking and server-side Conversion API. |
UTM parameters synced with ATS | Ensures campaign UTM parameters are passed into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate source tracking. |
