Campaign Overview

Campaigns allow you to manage and optimize your job promotions across multiple channels. By tracking campaign performance, budget allocation, and approval status, you can ensure your recruitment marketing is effective and aligned with business goals.

The Campaign Overview Dashboard provides visibility into impressions, clicks, applications started, applied, and total spend, helping you monitor the entire candidate conversion funnel.

Step 1: Go to your Workspace, and you will navigate to the Job Library section of the interface.

Step 2: Click the Campaigns icon in the left-hand navigation menu.

You will be directed to the Campaigns Overview Dashboard, where you can see performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, applications started, applies, and spend.

Campaign Metrics

The top panel summarizes campaign performance. It highlights impressions, clicks, applications, and spend to show how candidates move through the funnel.

Description

Impressions

Number of times your campaigns were displayed to candidates.

Clicks

Number of candidate interactions (clicks on ads or job posts).

Applications Started

How many candidates initiated the application process.

Applies

Number of completed applications.

Total Spend

Amount spent across all active campaigns in the last 30 days.

Campaign Table

The campaign table provides details of each campaign. You can view status, budget, jobs, and channels to monitor and manage campaigns efficiently.

Field

Description

Campaign Name

The name assigned to your campaign.

Status

Indicates the campaign state (Draft, To Approve, Active, etc.).

Channel Type

Whether the campaign uses automated or combined channels.

Channels

Icons showing which platforms are used (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.).

Jobs

Number of job postings linked to the campaign.

Budget Amount

The daily or total budget allocated for the campaign.

Budget Type

Defines whether the budget is daily or total.

Spend

Amount already spent from the allocated budget.

Impressions

How many times has the campaign been shown to candidates.

Clicks

Number of clicks generated by the campaign.

Results

The total outcomes achieved (based on campaign objective).

CTR (Click-Through Rate)

Percentage of impressions that turned into clicks.

CPM (Cost per 1,000 Impressions)

Average cost per thousand impressions.

CPC (Cost per Click)

Average cost for each click generated.

CPR (Cost per Result)

Average cost for each campaign objective achieved (lead, click, or apply).

Campaign Objective

The main goal of the campaign (e.g., Lead form, Apply, Candidate click).

Filter Campaigns

Easily narrow down and view specific campaigns based on chosen criteria, helping you manage and monitor campaigns more effectively.

Status

Filter campaigns based on their current progress and status, such as Draft, Active, or Stopped, to easily manage and track their lifecycle. Click on the Status tab and check the statuses from the dropdown list to see the campaigns associated with them.

Status Type

Description

Draft

Campaign is still being created. You can freely edit all settings and details.

To Approve

Campaign is ready but awaiting approval before going live. Only limited edits allowed.

Deploying

Campaign settings are being pushed live across selected channels. Editing restricted.

Reviewing

Campaign performance or content is under internal review. Minor edits only.

Starting

Campaign is initializing across channels. Most settings are locked.

Active

Campaign is live and running on selected channels. Only non-structural edits allowed (like budget).

Paused

Campaign is temporarily stopped. You can resume or adjust limited settings.

Stopped

Campaign has ended or been manually stopped. It cannot be restarted but can be duplicated to create a new one.

Channel

Filter campaigns by the platforms they are running on, such as Meta, LinkedIn, or Google Display, to focus on specific advertising channels. Click on the Channel tab and select the platforms from the dropdown list to view campaigns using those channels.

Job List

Filter campaigns by the job lists they are associated with, helping you focus on specific job categories or roles. Click on the Job List tab and select the job lists from the dropdown to view campaigns linked to them.

Objective

Filter campaigns based on their targeted objectives, like Candidate Click, Candidate Conversion, or Lead Form, to optimize ad delivery and results. Click on the Objective tab and choose the objectives from the dropdown list to see campaigns aligned with them.

Search Campaign

Locate a specific campaign by entering its name in the search field.
