When you connect new channels or accounts in Wonderkind, they may appear “Pending” before activation. This is part of the integration process with platforms such as Meta or Google Display and ensures your account is properly verified before campaigns can launch.

View Pending Accounts
Step 1: Log in to the platform, and you will be navigated to its Accounts page.
Step 2: The page will display the following attributes:
Account name – The name of the connected account.
Country – The associated country.
Status – Shows whether the account is Pending or Active.
Step 3: Accounts awaiting approval are marked with the Pending label.
NOTE: On average, pending accounts are reviewed and approved within 8 business hours. You’ll also receive an email notification once your account is approved and updated to “Active”. |
Manage Pending Accounts
While your account is in Pending status, you cannot deploy campaigns, but you can make important preparations to ensure a smooth launch once approved.

Import XML Files
Connect your job feeds through XML by naming your source, adding the feed URL, and more to ensure your campaigns always have the latest roles and data ready for matching.
