Asset Library
Updated over a week ago

The Asset Library, a critical component of our campaign management tool, is evolving to offer you a more streamlined experience. The interface now combines all assets into a single-page view, making it easier to manage images, videos, ad copy, and lead forms efficiently.

Benefits

The new single-page view significantly enhances your ability to quickly access and organize campaign assets. This improvement means less time navigating through tabs and more time focusing on what's important - your campaign's success.

Key Features

  • Unified Asset Display: View all assets for a profile on one page, enhancing visibility and ease of access.

  • Organized Dropdown Categories: Assets are neatly grouped into categories within dropdown menus for a clean, organized interface.

  • Full Functionality Retention: Enjoy the same capabilities as before, including uploading, duplicating, adding, and deleting assets, but with added efficiency.

Objectives

The primary goal of this update is to make the asset management process more intuitive and less time-consuming. By consolidating assets into a single view, we aim to streamline your workflow and enhance the overall user experience.

💡How It Works

The new interface displays all assets related to a selected profile on one page. You can interact with different asset types without switching tabs with the help of the organized dropdown menus for each asset category. This approach not only simplifies navigation but also maintains the full range of asset management functionalities you're accustomed to.

  • Images: When Campaigns go live they require Images. More specifically they require an Image that matches the job you are trying to market for.You can upload different images and save them in the asset library for various profiles. When setting up your campaign, you can use the one that best caters to your needs.

  • Videos: This feature allows for the upload, preview, and validation of video content, ensuring it meets the specific standards of various social platforms. Video assets can increase engagement by offering dynamic content for your campaigns. Similar to images, you can upload and manage videos in the asset library, choosing the appropriate ones for different job profiles.

  • Ad Copy: When Campaigns go live they require an ad copy. More specifically they require a headline, link description, and message. When you upload an ad copy to the Asset Library, it will be used for the profile selected. You can create different ad copies and save them in the Asset Library for various profiles.

❗️Check the Content Requirements to make sure your images, videos, and ad copy are ready to be used!

  • Lead Forms: To run Facebook lead form campaigns you need to create an additional asset, next to the ad copy, images, and videos, called a Lead Form. The lead form is a customized form that you can pre-set on our tool to efficiently distribute lead form campaigns.

Due to its customizable nature, you can create a different lead form for each profile that is part of your job list.

📝 A few important good-to-knows about the Lead Form assets.

  • A cancel button is available at every step, leading back to the main asset library.

  • Only fully completed forms can be used in campaigns.

  • Lead form assets support various formatting options like bullets, white lines, and emojis.

  • Multiple-choice questions should have at least two answers.

  • A Lead Form asset can be added, even during live campaigns however these edits will only be applied to newly created campaigns.

  • Lead form assets cannot be edited in live campaigns.

Conclusion

The updated Asset Library interface is designed with your efficiency in mind. By providing a more accessible and organized platform, we're helping you manage your campaign assets more effectively, ultimately supporting the success of your campaigns.
