The Role of Job Profiles
The Role of Job Profiles
Updated over a week ago

In this article, we'll explore the importance of the job profiles in our system and how they can help you achieve your goals.

Why does Wonderkind have profiles?

Asset Matching: The use of profiles is important when creating campaigns for specific groups of people. You can easily match the assets (images, videos, ad copies, and lead form) to a specific profile or minor group, which can later be used in the creation of your campaign.

We do find important the use of profile-specific content, as it can quickly catch the attention and engagement of the right audience.

Target Audience: For Single Job Campaigns, the use of profiles is crucial as it defines the right target audience in channels such as Meta and Google.

Benchmarking: With the use of profiles, we gather more accurate data which can be later used for valuable insights and benchmarks.

How can I use the job profiles?

Data source: You can simply add a job description to your data source and our system will do the matching to the right job profile! To make sure you get the most accurate profile, make sure you add the job title and description in your XML. The description must be less than 400 characters and as descriptive as possible. This feature is relevant to all jobs but can be especially advantageous for non-English job titles where the job profile may be unfamiliar or unclear.

Job Library: Sometimes it can happen that when jobs are imported from the data source are not matched to a specific profile. No worries! You can update the profile from the Job Library to the one that best matches the job.

Asset Library: In your Asset Library, you can have an overview of all the profiles and minor groups. You can upload your assets per profile, or choose to upload your content in a minor group that represents multiple profiles. This will help you during the campaign creation later on.

How does Wonderkind know the right profile?

At Wonderkind, we rely on the solid O*NET Hierarchy database for our profiling system. It's a well-known resource worldwide, offering detailed info on various jobs. This means our job profiles are carefully chosen and meet international standards, making our platform reliable.

Simply put, job profiles are the backbone of our system. They help us engage the right people, target specific audiences, and keep our data accurate. Knowing how important they are and using them well can take your recruitment efforts to the next level.
