Exploring the Job Library
Updated over a week ago

The Job Library feature serves as a centralized hub within our tool, providing you with a comprehensive overview of all jobs sourced from various data channels within a workspace. This article aims to guide you through the key functionalities and benefits of the Job Library, enhancing your ability to efficiently manage and interact with job data.

Benefits

Efficient overview

You can quickly access and review all jobs within a workspace

Convenience

Various actions can be performed directly from the job library, reducing the need to navigate multiple pages. In addition, the search feature allows you to easily find jobs by typing relevant keywords.

Manual profile matching

You can identify and modify (in)correctly matched profiles within the job library.

Job list creation

You can create job lists seamlessly from different data sources without having to pre-select a data source.

Purpose

The primary purpose of the job library is to offer you a centralized location to manage and interact with jobs from various data sources. It enhances your workflow by providing quick access to job information.

Features

Filtering

The job library contains a significant number of jobs for you to deal with. That is why it is important to have a robust filtering system. This system enables you to efficiently narrow down and focus on specific jobs of interest for viewing or action. You can filter on job title, category, profile, location, country, company, language, reference number, and budget.

Search

The search bar makes it convenient for you to find the jobs you are looking for. For instance, if you are looking for nursing jobs, you can type “Nurse” into the search bar, and we will present jobs with “Nurse” in the job title. Search specifically focuses on the job title field.

Manual Profile Matching

In the job library, you can identify jobs that have matched profiles and those without any matching profiles. Additionally, you can assess jobs you believe are matched to the incorrect profile. This empowers you to manually modify profiles directly from the job library, streamlining your workflow across all data sources.

❗Profile matching can be done when you search or when you create a filter

Creating a job list

You can create job lists directly from the job library. This means that you are able to create a job list from different data sources, without having to select the data source the job list will be using. You are only allowed to create a job list when a filter is applied, not when the checkboxes are selected.

❗Creating a job list can only be done when you use the filters

Insights

The job library page shows insights at the top of the page: number of jobs in campaigns, matching quality %, most used profiles, most used locations, and most used companies.

Requirements

Access to the Job Library requires being within the workspace hierarchy.

Dependencies

  • Job lists: A job list must be created and associated with the single/dynamic job campaigns, providing the necessary information, including campaign strategy, budget, and runtime.

  • Data sources
