Managing data sources ensures that job listings remain accurate, up to date, and aligned with campaign requirements. You can view details of existing data sources, update their configuration, pause updates when not needed, or permanently delete them.

Step 1: Go to your workspace, and you will be navigated to the Job Library section of the interface.
Step 2: Select the Data Sources tab from the top menu bar.
Here, you can view the list of all the created data sources.
Review Data Source
Review the configuration and job details of a selected data source within your workspace before applying any updates.
Step 1: Click on the vertical ellipsis icon (three dots) next to the data source of your interest.
Step 2: Select the View option to view the details of the created data source.
Here, you can view the job analysis details of the data source.
Edit Data Source
Update the configuration of a data source to reflect new information.
Step 1: Click on the vertical ellipsis icon (three dots) next to the data source of your interest and select the Edit option from the dropdown list.
Step 2: Enter the new details of the data source and click the Update button to proceed.
NOTE: You cannot update the default job language once selected. |
Your Data Source will be updated successfully.
Pause Data Source
Suspend job data synchronization for a selected data source. While paused, the platform will not pull new or updated job information until the source is resumed.
Step 1: Click on the vertical ellipsis icon (three dots) next to the data source of your interest and select the Pause option from the dropdown list.
Step 2: Click on the Confirm button to proceed.
The Data Source will be paused successfully.
INFO: You can also pause the data source by turning off the toggle button next to the data source of your interest. |
Delete Data Source
Remove a data source permanently if it is no longer applicable to campaigns.
WARNING: Deleting this data source will permanently remove all jobs linked to it. Any job lists associated with these jobs will be cleared, and campaigns depending on them may stop running or lose data integrity. This action cannot be reversed. Confirm deletion only if the data source is no longer required. |
Step 1: Click on the vertical ellipsis icon (three dots) next to the data source of your interest and select the Delete option from the dropdown list.
Step 2: Tick the warning checkbox and click the Delete button to proceed.
Your Data Source will be deleted successfully.
