The Account Dashboard offers a comprehensive view of your campaign performance, allowing you to monitor key metrics, track candidate activity, and evaluate cost efficiency across all channels.

By regularly reviewing the Dashboard, you can measure campaign effectiveness, benchmark performance against industry standards, and uncover opportunities to enhance your recruitment strategy.

Step 1: Log in to your account and navigate to the workspace.

Step 2: Click on the Dashboard icon from the left sidebar.


You will be navigated to the Account Dashboard of the selected account.

Key Metrics

View essential campaign metrics to evaluate performance, engagement, and reach.

Description

Impressions

Total times ads were displayed. Indicates reach and visibility.

Clicks

Number of users interacting with your ads. Indicates engagement.

Budget Spent

Total amount spent during the selected period.

Active Jobs

Number of job postings currently active.

Started Applications

Candidates who began the application process.

Applications

Number of completed applications submitted.

Leads

Total number of leads generated.

INFO: Click Download results to export your Dashboard data for offline analysis or reporting. The downloaded file includes key campaign metrics based on your selected filters.

Using Filters

Customize the Dashboard view by date, workspace, channel, or metrics to focus on specific data.

Step 1: Click on the Date Filter to choose the time period for which you want to view campaign performance data.

Step 2: Select the Workspace to view data specific to a particular account or campaign group.

Step 3: Choose the Channel to filter performance insights based on the selected advertising platform.

After reviewing the account metrics, click Download Results to export either specific section data or the complete Dashboard report based on your selected filters.
