Review Dynamic Campaign Insights

The Dynamic Ads Insights Dashboard provides a clear view of your recruitment ad performance, helping you understand how your budget is being spent, which roles are getting attention, and where there’s room to improve.

By regularly reviewing the Dashboard, you can make data-driven decisions, optimize campaigns, and ensure your recruitment ads reach the right candidates efficiently.

Step 1: Log in to your account and navigate to the workspace.

Step 2: Click on the Dashboard icon from the left sidebar.

Step 3: Click on the Dynamic Campaign Insights tab.

Key Metrics

Monitor essential campaign metrics to evaluate performance, reach, and engagement.

Metric

Description

Total Spend

Total budget spent across selected filters. Helps track investment per campaign.

Active Jobs on Meta

Number of jobs receiving ad spend during the selected period.

Average Spend per Job

Average budget allocated per job. Low spend may reduce visibility. Recommended: €3–5 per job/day.

Active Locations

Geographical areas where ads are running. Helps identify coverage gaps.

Active Job Profiles

Types of roles receiving ad spend. Useful for spotting underperforming job types.

INFO: Click Download results to export your Dashboard data for offline analysis or reporting. The downloaded file includes key campaign metrics based on your selected filters.

Candidate & Job Trends

Analyze how your ads are engaging potential candidates over time.

Total leads generated through ads.

Dive deeper into how your budget is allocated and whether it aligns with your priorities.

Top 5 Job Titles by Spend

Job titles consume the largest share of your ad budget. Helps catch unintentional over-prioritization.

Aggregated Job Title Stats

Frequency of identical job titles across campaigns. Repeating titles too often may reduce ad variety and performance.

Location & Profile Breakdown

Shows budget distribution by job type and location. Ensures alignment with business priorities.

Performance Metrics: Engagement

Measure how candidates interact with your ads and website.

Metric

Description

CTR – All Clicks

Includes all ad interactions (video watches, likes, clicks to profile, image zoom, ad text expansion, website visits). Measures overall ad appeal.

CTR – Link Clicks

Focuses only on clicks leading to your website. Indicates meaningful engagement.

CTR Drop

Difference between All Clicks and Link Clicks. Highlights drop-off between initial engagement and website visits.

CTR & CPC Trends

Tracks engagement and cost over time (7–14 days). Useful for evaluating the impact of content updates or strategy changes.

Using Filters

Customize the Dashboard view by date, workspace, channel, or metrics to focus on specific data.

Step 1: Click on the Date Filter to choose the time period for which you want to view campaign performance data.

Step 2: Click on the Profile Filter to view metrics for a specific job role or profile.

Step 3: Use the Job Location Filter to narrow insights to particular cities or regions.

Step 4: Select the Campaign Name Filter to focus on data from a specific campaign.

After reviewing the account metrics, click Download Results to export either specific section data or the complete Dashboard report based on your selected filters.
