This article is a step-by-step guide on how to connect the social pages to our tool, request access to extra channels, and instructions on how to find the ID on Meta.
After creating a workspace, you will be asked to enter the ID of your social pages in the Channel settings. Continue reading for instructions on how to retrieve the social page ID directly from Meta.
Automated Channels
At the top, you see two primary automated channels: Meta and Google Display. Let's explore how to connect them! π
β
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
From here, you can add the social pages of Meta. The "Missing Social Page" icon indicates that you haven't connected a required social page in the workspace yet.
Click the "Social page connection" button to connect your Meta social pages to the Wonderkind tool. To do that, you will need to enter the ID of Facebook( and Instagram). By clicking "Confirm", a request will be sent to the Business Manager of the full admin of the page.
π The page will show as "Connected" in our tool within 1 hour after the page admin has accepted the request.
Advanced settings: If you'd like to enable campaign types like Start Apply and Apply, you can do that by adding your Pixel ID and Conversion ID.
Google Display
From here, you can request the connection to Google Display. The "Not Connected" icon indicates that the Google account is not connected yet.
By clicking on "Request Connection", and "Confirm", our team will connect your account.
π Please keep in mind that this channel is available only for Single Job campaigns.
Other Channels
You can request access to additional channels that are currently in the pre-release phase. These channels are:
LinkedIn
YouTube Shorts
TikTok
Reddit
X (Twitter)
Snapchat
Pinterest
Each of these channels is marked as "Available To Request," indicating that you can request to enable these channels for your campaigns. A link titled "Click here" will open a form for requesting access to these pre-release channels.
