Updated over a week ago

This article is a step-by-step guide on how to find your page ID and connect it to our platform.

  • After creating a workspace, you will be asked to enter the ID of your social pages in the Channel settings.

  • This section allows you to manage and connect various channels for running your campaigns.

Automated Channels

  • At the top, you see two primary automated channels: Meta and Google Display.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Missing Social Page indicates that you haven't connected a required social page.

  • Social page connection button is for you to connect your social page to the Meta channel. To do that, enter your page's ID.

๐Ÿ“ How to find your page ID is explained below.

โ„น๏ธ The page will show as connected in our tool within 1 hour after the page admin has accepted the request.

  • Advanced settings If you'd like to enable campaign types like Start apply and Apply, you can do that by adding your Pixel ID and Conversion ID by clicking on Advanced settings.

Google Display

  • "Not Connected" shows that you haven't linked this channel to your account yet.

  • Please keep in mind that this channel is available only for Single Job campaigns.

  • When you click on "Request Connection", and confirm it afterwards, our team will connect your account within 1 business day.

Request Other Channels

  • Below the automated channels, there's a section for requesting access to additional channels that are currently in the pre-release phase. These channels are:

  • LinkedIn

  • Pinterest

  • Reddit

  • Snapchat

  • TikTok

  • X (Twitter)

  • YouTube Shorts

  • Each of these channels is marked with "Available To Request," indicating that you can request to enable these channels for your campaigns. A link titled "Click here" provides further instructions or a form for requesting access to these pre-release channels.

Conclusion

  • This interface is designed to streamline the process of managing various advertising channels from a single dashboard. The distinction between automated channels and channels available for request helps you quickly identify which platforms you can currently use and which ones require additional steps to enable.

  • By providing a centralized location for channel management, our platform simplifies the setup and execution of your campaigns across multiple social media and advertising networks. You can efficiently connect and configure your channels, ensuring you leverage the full range of available platforms for your advertising needs.
