Filters in campaign overview
Updated over 3 months ago

The filtering feature on the campaign overview page allows you to efficiently manage and analyze your campaigns within our platform. By applying filters such as Channel, Job List, and Objective, you can quickly narrow down campaigns based on specific criteria. This eliminates the need for manual sorting and helps streamline campaign tracking.

Benefits of campaign filters

  1. Increased efficiency: Save time by quickly narrowing your focus to specific campaigns.

  2. Enhanced campaign tracking: Easily identify campaigns aligned with your goals and priorities.

  3. Better insights: Analyze campaigns based on platforms, job lists, or objectives for more targeted insights.

How to use the campaign filters

1. Access the campaign filters: Navigate to the Campaigns overview page in your workspace. Here, you’ll see a list of all your campaigns, along with filter options displayed at the top of the page.

2. Apply Filters: You can filter campaigns using three main categories:

a)Status

  • Use this filter to see different statuses of campaigns.

b) Channel

  • Use this filter to select one or more social media platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Display) from the dropdown menu.

  • After making your selection, the campaign list will update to display only the campaigns created for the selected channels.

c) Job List

  • Filter campaigns based on the job list they were created from.

  • The dropdown menu will indicate whether the job list is Single or Dynamic, providing better categorization.

  • Once selected, only the campaigns tied to the chosen job list will appear.

d) Objective

  • Filter campaigns based on their campaign objective (e.g., Lead Form, Traffic, Awareness).

  • After selecting an objective, the list will show only campaigns that match the selected goal.

3. Clearing Filters

  • To remove a specific filter, click the "x" icon next to the filter. This will instantly update the campaign list and remove the selected filter.

  • To clear all filters at once, click the Clear All button. This will display all campaigns in the table.

Combining filters and filter logic

You can apply multiple filters at once to refine your results further. Filters work based on the following logic:

1. Filters from different Categories (AND Logic)

When filters from multiple categories are applied, the system uses AND logic. Only campaigns that meet all the selected criteria will be displayed.

❗️If you select:

  • Status: To approve

  • Channel: Meta

  • Job List: Engineering Jobs

  • Objective: Lead Form

The results will display only campaigns that were in "to approve" status, created for Meta, linked to the "Engineering Jobs" job list, and have "Lead Form" as the objective.

2. Filters within the same category (OR Logic)

When multiple filters are applied within the same category (e.g., selecting several channels or multiple objectives), the system uses OR logic. Campaigns matching any of the selected criteria within that category will be displayed.

❗️If you select:

  • Channel: Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Display

The results will include campaigns created for any of these platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, or Google Display).

By combining filters effectively, you can customize your Campaign Overview page to focus on the campaigns that matter most to you, improving both efficiency and insight. 🚀
