Connection Steps
1. Navigate to the settings page by clicking on the setting icon on the bottom left of the page.
2. Click on “Request Connection“ to submit a request for access to connect your Google Ads account.

Pending state
Once you have requested the connection in the settings page, our admin team will connect the account.
And the status of the request will change to “Connection in progress“.
After the request is submitted on the campaign creation page, you will also view the status “Connection in Progress“.
The partner success team, support team, and onboarding specialists are all part of the admin team.
Connected
Once the ad account is successfully connected, the status of the request will change to “Connected“.
Campaign Creation
Once your Google Ads account is connected, it becomes an active part of the campaign creation on our platform.
You will be able to:
enable this channel
set budgets as daily or lifetime
manage campaigns directly
Not Connected
1. If the Google account is NOT connected in the settings page, on the campaign creation page you will view the channel status as “Missing Social Page“ in the campaign creation.
❗If NO ad account is connected, you can NOT proceed with the campaign creation. And an error will state “Please select at least one channel.“.
2. We'll guide you to the settings page via the link in the following message, enabling you to connect your Google account.
After a successful ad account connection, in campaign creation, you can now utilize Google to create your campaign!🚀
