Reviewing imported jobs allows you to evaluate and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the job data for your campaigns. This process ensures that all key details, including job titles, profiles, companies, and locations, are correctly populated.

By reviewing imported jobs, you can make sure that all essential fields are aligned with your campaign requirements and are ready for further processing or finalization.

Step 1: Go to your workspace, and you will be navigated to the Job Library section of the interface.

Step 2: Click on the Data Sources from the top menu bar.

Job Import Overview

This outlines how to review and analyze the imported job data for your campaigns. The data is evaluated across several key metrics, which provide insights into the alignment and completeness of your job listings.

Select and click on the Imported data source that you want to review.

You will see a comprehensive overview of your imported jobs, their profiles, companies, locations, and job details.

Review Jobs

Reviewing an imported job involves verifying the key details to ensure the job listing is accurate and complete. This process ensures that all essential fields are correctly populated before finalizing the job.

Required Fields

These are the essential fields that must be filled out to ensure the job listing is complete and ready for review.

Profile

The job profile that defines the role, including required qualifications.

Company

The company name is associated with the job listing.

Location

The location of the job, including city or region.

Ref Number

The reference number used for internal tracking or job identification.

URL

The link to the job listing or additional job resources.

NOTE: Clicking on the URL will redirect you to the job listing's website or the relevant external page.

Image URLs

Any associated images or media URLs for the job.

Country

The country where the job is located.

Language

The language in which the job description and requirements are written.

Description

The full description of the job and its responsibilities.

Salary

The salary range offered for the job.

Education

The required education level for the job.

Experience

The required years of experience for the job position (e.g., 1-2 years).

Optional Fields

These fields are not mandatory but can enhance the job listing by providing additional details.

Postal Code

The postal or ZIP code related to the job's location.

State

The state or province associated with the job's location.

Category

Tracking Parameter

Any parameter used for tracking the job’s performance or campaign.

The message or content associated with the job, typically used for alerts or notifications.

Campaign Objective

The objective or goal of the campaign the job is part of.

Package ID

The identifier for the package the job belongs to.

Campaign ID

The identifier for the campaign associated with the job.

CPC Cap

The cost-per-click cap set for the job, used for budget management in campaigns.
