How does Wonderkind target a specific audience?

Wonderkind targets a specific audience using a profiling system that relies on a combination of data sources. We only use Meta and it has reduced the amount of targeting options for recruitment. Using these target options, we can create suitable targets for Single Job Campaigns.

❗️For Dynamic Job Campaigns, we do not use any targeting options.

The significance of targeting options is diminishing. Nevertheless, what holds greater importance is the content. Particularly in Dynamic Job Campaigns, the emphasis is primarily on optimizing content rather than relying solely on the available targeting.

What data does Wonderkind use to identify the target audience?

Wonderkind targets based on location within a certain job's radius. In the case of Single Job Campaigns, we focus on a wide range of interests. Regarding Dynamic Job Campaigns, no interest targeting is used to avoid restricting the number of jobs in the campaign. We do not use targeting based on age and/or gender, in compliance with Meta's discriminatory practices.

What is a profile in Wonderkind's targeting system for Single Job Campaigns?

In Wonderkind's targeting system, a "profile" refers to a distinct combination of targeting settings. These settings are based on the comprehensive data analysis performed by the platform to identify the most relevant audience for a particular campaign.

How does the use of a profile benefit the targeting process for Single Job Campaigns?

Utilizing a profile in Wonderkind's targeting system allows you to automatically tap into the pre-defined characteristics of your target audience. This enables more efficient and effective campaign targeting, increasing the likelihood of reaching the right candidates for your job openings.
