We’re excited to introduce a new CSV Import feature, allowing you to upload publicly hosted CSV files directly into Inspire. This feature streamlines job data integration, making the process quicker and more user-friendly.
Feature Overview
The CSV Import feature enables you to import job data from comma-separated value (CSV) files that are hosted online. This eliminates the need for manual uploads and speeds up the job publishing process.
Key Requirements for CSV Import
To use this feature, ensure that:
The CSV file is publicly accessible on the web.
The file format is comma-separated values (.csv).

⚠️ Please note that empty rows are allowed in your spreadsheet; however, empty columns in the middle of your document are not.
File> Share > Publish to web
How It Works:
1. Go to the Data Source Import section on the platform.
2. Paste the URL of the publicly hosted CSV file into the CSV URL field.
3. The system verifies the file’s accessibility and format.
4. Once valid, the data is imported and processed into the system.
