How It Works

Account Creation and Status Notification

Upon signing up and creating an account, we integrate your account with Meta, leading to a 'pending' status. You'll receive an immediate notification indicating the 'pending' status as shown below:

Typically, accounts are approved within an average of 8 business hours. Rest assured, once your account is approved, we'll promptly notify you via email.

Workspace Setup During Pending Phase

Despite the 'pending' status, you can create and set up workspaces. This allows you to prepare for your upcoming campaigns efficiently.

Asset Preparation

Upload necessary assets and import XML files for profile matching during the 'pending' phase. This step is crucial for laying the groundwork for your campaigns, ensuring you're ready to launch once your account is approved.

Campaign Deployment Post-Approval

The system is designed to block campaign deployment until your account status is updated to 'approved.' Once approved, you can deploy campaigns from your prepared workspaces seamlessly.

Error Handling for Premature Campaign Deployment

If you attempt to deploy a campaign while your account is still in 'pending' status, the system restricts this action. A tooltip reminder will inform you that campaign deployment is currently unavailable.
