Create your Lead Form

Let’s get started with creating your customized Lead Form!

  1. Click on the Asset Library icon

  2. Click on Filter, then either Minor group or Profile

  3. Then select the groups or profiles under the related dropdown

4. Once you select either of them, you will see the images related to them. Select the image/images and video/videos you want to use in your campaign

5. Click on Generate, if you'd like to use AI-generated images for your profiles or minor groups for your campaign.

6. Fill in the information, and click Generate to see the outcome. Click on Generate again, if you'd like to try different images.

7. Then scroll down to the Ad Copy section, and check your Messages, Headlines, and Link descriptions.

📝 You can also create AI-Generated Ad Copy, for your campaigns.

8. After that, scroll down to the Lead form section. Click on Create new to create a new Lead form.

❗️You can add a Lead Form asset while your campaigns are live. However, it's essential to keep in mind that any edits made to Lead Form assets will affect only newly created campaigns.

❗️Unfortunately, it's NOT possible to edit Lead Form assets directly within live campaigns due to restrictions set by Meta.

1. Setup

1. After clicking on Create new, you will be selecting tags for your campaign.

2. When you click on Next, you will be directed to the Setup page.

Set a Headline

You can type the headline of your preference or choose dynamic tags to include information related to the vacancy. You can also combine dynamic tags with the text of your preference.

Set a Description

Here you can create a detailed description of the vacancy. Please make sure to include as much information as possible about the advertised role and the company. You can include dynamic tags to enhance your description.

Tracking Parameters

In addition to the default tracking parameter, you need to fill in the name and value fields according to your preferences. For more information about Tracking Parameters, please visit: Tracking Parameter in Lead Form

2. Questions

  • In the Questions section, you can make use of Standard questions that include information such as the name, the location, and the email of the candidate.

  • To gather more information from your candidates, you can also add Custom Questions in either a multiple-choice format or an open-ended format.

3. Privacy

  • Facebook Lead Form requires a link to a Privacy page since data is being collected via the form. Make sure to include the company’s privacy link in this step.

4. Message for Leads
