How-to: Review and Approve Campaigns on the "To Approve" Page
How-to: Review and Approve Campaigns on the "To Approve" Page
Updated over 5 months ago

Before launching a campaign, you’ll need to review and finalize its details. Our platform makes this easy by combining the review and approval steps into one streamlined "To Approve" page. Here’s how it works:

What’s on the "To Approve" page?

The page is divided into two main sections to give you a clear overview of your campaign:

1. Campaign details

This section displays all the essential information about your campaign. Use it to ensure everything is set up correctly:

  • Campaign name: The name of your campaign.

  • Campaign type: Whether it's a single job or dynamic job campaign.

  • Runtime in days: The campaign’s duration.

  • Campaign goal: Your selected goal (e.g., clicks or applications).

  • Channels: Platforms where the ad will run (e.g., Meta).

  • Daily budget: The daily spend for the campaign.

  • Job flow: The associated job flow name.

  • Job list: A list of jobs included in the campaign.

2. Ad Details and preview

  • Ad Details: Review specific ad information, including:

    • Job Title

    • Profile

    • Location

    • Start and End Dates

    • Reference Number

    • Company Name

    • PO Number

    • Language

    • Landing Page (clickable URL)

  • Ad Preview: See how your ad will appear on the selected channels. This includes:

    • The message

    • The headline

    • Link description

    • Media (image or video)

Use the preview to identify any changes you’d like to make before approving.

Making edits to ads

Need to adjust something? Click the pencil icon in the preview section to open the Edit Ad page.

On this page, you can:

  • Edit the Message, Headline, and Link Description.

  • Replace the Media (image or video).

❗️Changes made here apply only to this specific ad. To use the updated content in other campaigns, update your Asset Library separately.

How does the “Upload new image” logic work?

Understanding how the image logic works during the "To-approve" flow is crucial for setting the right expectations. When you edit an ad and upload a new image, it only affects that specific campaign and updates the preview to reflect your changes.

However, if you have multiple ads in the preview and modify one, you might be surprised that the new image doesn’t always appear in the exact spot you edited. This is due to the system's shuffling logic which creates various combinations of the images and ad copies you've selected. This is intentional to ensure candidates don't see the same content repeatedly.

Approving Your Campaign

When everything looks good, click the Approve button and your campaign will be deployed! 🚀
