About Job Flows
Updated over a week ago

Job flows is a robust feature designed to streamline the process of setting up and managing campaigns efficiently. This comprehensive tool allows you to save and customize settings for campaigns.

Purpose

Job flows serve the dual purpose of providing you with a centralized hub for tracking and gaining a clear overview of every campaign you intend to advertise. This vertical enables you to efficiently save and manage campaign settings, including the job flow name, campaign objective, budget, strategy, etc. The overarching objective is to minimize the time spent on setting up new campaigns within the job flow. Furthermore, job flows facilitate the seamless modification of campaign settings, specifically in response to new jobs received via XML, ensuring campaigns remain adaptable and responsive to evolving requirements.

Benefits

Reduces the time spent on setting up new campaigns within the Job Flow.

Comprehensive overview

Offers a clear view of every campaign for effective management.

Requirements

To leverage the Job Flows feature, you need to fulfill all requirements for creating a campaign, including Facebook and Instagram page IDs, assets (images, copy, XML), and a job list created with a Single or Dynamic Job Campaign strategy, purpose, and budget.

Dependencies

  • Job lists: A job list must be created and associated with single or dynamic job campaigns, providing essential information like campaign strategy, budget, and runtime.

  • Assets and variables: Campaign assets and variables are automatically populated based on the job list and associated information.

  • Tracking pixel: For candidate conversion campaigns, a tracking pixel needs to be placed on the vacancy page to track form submissions and gather conversion data.

  • XML: Integration with XML is essential for adapting campaign settings to new job requirements.
